How to Book

- Select your preferred date and time from the available slots
- Fill out the brief intake form
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your appointment
What to Expect
After booking, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your appointment details
- Forms to complete before our first session
- Information about payment methods
- Any preparation instructions for our session
For new clients, I recommend booking an initial 60-minute session so we have ample time to discuss your concerns and goals.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
